70% Grenache, 30% Carignan (Samson)
Deep black cherry colour with good concentration and tinted tear. The sense of smell is shy and soft at the beginning and needs to be in the glass for few minutes to show its full potential. It is fruity in mouth with notes of ripe berries, plums and strawberry with a hint of spice and balsamic note, with a licourice background.
Pairing: Based on its good structure and complexity, Estones is ideal for meat dishes such as pork, lamb, beef, and a wide variety of stew meats.

100% Pedro Ximénez
Estones PX has a yellow colour with green tinges, clean and bright. The nose has primary aromas, specially peach, apricot, grapes and honey, fresh and with good acidity. These aromas of complex fruit, long and persistent, blend perfectly and they finally emerge slightly saline and refreshing.
Pairing: Estones PX has a wide spectrum of combinations. Pasta, salads with fruit, smoked and marinated goods, raw milk soft cheeses, fish and white meats, they all match perfectly
Organic White Garnacha
100% White Grenache
Pale yellow with green reflection. Clean and bright. Clear fruity aromas, with great perception of apple, pear and white flowers. It has notes of fennel and lightly aniseed. With wide entrance, it stands out for its good acidity, which converts all its aromatic profile into freshness. Extremely fleshy, it rapidly shows volume and a lot of expressivity, with a long and mineral aftertaste.
Pairing: White fish or soft blue fish, pasta, soupy rice, white meats, creamy cheeses, Iberian cured and smoked meats.
Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada
Straw yellow flecked with green, clean and bright, with a long-lasting release of bubbles creating a fine string of beads. The nose is intense with aromas of white fruit against a subtle backdrop of notes derived from the ageing process. Nice on entry, full on the palate, refreshed by a balanced acidity. Long finish replaying the aromas disclosed on the nose.

Reserva de la Familia can’t be subjected to a cold sensory analysis. Because it is associated with important moments: toasts, celebrations, anniversaries… So much so that it has lodged itself in our sensorial memory on the same level as our grandmother’s much-adored dishes. With one exception: while the flavour of those dear dishes can only live on in our memory, the excitement of once again enjoying a glass of Reserva de la Familia is always within reach.

Cava Brut Rose
100% Pinot Noir
This cava seduces with its bright cherry red colour and beautiful effervescence. It reflects the character of the variety, with its cherry and strawberry notes enveloped in honey, toasted bread and a faint floweriness. It is intense, fresh and exuberant in the mouth, with a rich, aromatic finish.
Pairing: Red mullet with mushrooms – Brut Rosé pairs well with pasta, cured meats, Japanese food and baked goods.
Bright and deep cherry red color. Complex bouquet of red and black berries fruits. Tasty wine in your palate with a great structure and rounded. Elegant tannins in balance with fine acidity, giving a long, persistent and satisftying finish.
Pairing: Game and red meats, stews, blue cheeses and rice dishes.
Bright, cherry red colour. Fruity bouquet of red berry fruits with smoky hints from the oak. On tasting the red cherry comes through on a background of vanilla and a touch of black pepper from the oak. Round tannins, easy to drink with good length.
Pairing: Meats, cheeses, mushrooms and pasta.
